Working Genius

The fastest and easiest way to maximize your team’s productivity and fulfilment is through a 4-hour Six Types of Working Genius workshop.

Working with people and teams can be frustrating. Some work well together, but as a leader you know they can be even better. Some struggle, holding onto the status quo and never developing new ideas amid an ever-changing environment. Some can’t seem to finish what they start or produce sub-standard work. What can you do as a leader? The solution is a Six Types of Working Genius workshop.

Each participant will take the Six Types of Working Genius assessment. This assessment is unique in that it is less about personality and more about how gifts impact the process of work. The assessment identifies each participant’s Working Geniuses, i.e., their superpowers, which when used give joy and energy, as well as working frustrations, the parts of their job they want to avoid or to do them drains them of energy.

The team will learn about the Six Types of Working Genius model, developed by Pat Lencioni, identifying the 6 activities involved in getting any type of work successfully completed. Equipped with this new understanding, the team’s planning and execution will improve.
